Overview

We are seeking a professional, personable, and solution-oriented Lobby Ambassador to serve as the first point of contact for guests.

This role is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, assisting with guest needs, resolving concerns, and providing clear guidance to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities


* Greet guests warmly upon arrival and throughout their stay


* Provide directions, information, and recommendations about hotel services and local attractions


* Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns


* Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction


* Communicate effectively with various hotel departments (front desk, housekeeping, engineering, etc.)


* Monitor lobby activity to maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment


* Assist with special requests, including transportation, reservations, and concierge-style services


* De-escalate guest concerns and find appropriate solutions in a timely manner


* Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times
