Software Development Engineering

Key Responsibilities


* Design, develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable applications using C++


* Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives


* Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA teams, and other stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements


* Translate functional requirements into technical designs and high-quality code


* Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices


* Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues

Required Skills


* Strong proficiency in C++ and object-oriented programming


* Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and memory management


* Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment


* Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux development environments


* Experience with version control systems such as Git


* Strong communication and collaboration skills


* Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities


* Familiarity with software design patterns and architectural principles

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)


* Good to have knowledge in Electrical and Building Automation domain.


* Knowledge of industrial protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, or similar protocols used in automation, automotive, or telecommunication domains.


* Working knowledge of C#.NET, WPF


* Experience with multi-threaded and high-performance applications


* Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Science, or a related field.

Approximately 8+ years of experience in developing software products/Edge control software within the Electrical, Industrial, Automotive, or Telecommunication domains.
