We're looking for full-time BC/BE physician to join our Allergy, Asthma & Immunology Department.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for practicing evidence-based medicine treating patients of all ages.

The department consists of four physicians and a physician assistant.

Position Details:


* Full-time (1.0 FTE)


* Flexible schedule (4-5 days/week) including 1 day telehealth


* Services provided at two locations in Vancouver (Columbia Tech Center and Gateway One)


* Diagnostic services include: skin testing, patch testing, office spirometry, food and drug challenges, aspirin desensitization (outpatient only)


* Therapies offered: subcutaneous immunotherapy, sublingual immunotherapy, biologics, IVIG infusions, SCIg


* Minimal Call shared among entire department


* Compensation is a Production modelwith upside-earning potential


* New clinicians have a 1-year guaranteeof $341K (1.0 FTE).

Current clinicians have an average salary between$355k-$361k (1.0 FTE).


* Up to$35,000starting bonus


* Two-year partnership track position with a reasonable buy-in
