• Bachelor's degree from accredited institution and 3 years supervisory experience (any industry), OR
• Minimum 5 years supervising direct reports in a manufacturing environment.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Must understand the manufacturing process in all areas of the facility.This position is responsible to manage, guide and assist in performing an assortment of tasks within the manufacturing departments, and provides leadership, strategic guidance and training in the resolution of the manufacturing issues and staffing initiatives and implementation.

Job responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Follow Howmet's Safety Regulation and Work Rules Handbook along with all department specific safety requirements.
