Texaco Express Lube Team Leader

As a Texaco Express Lube Team Leader, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the service center, ensuring customers receive fast, professional service while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

You will coach and support technicians, oversee workflow, and help drive a positive team culture focused on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

The position is based around 45 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities


* Lead, train, and develop lube technicians.


* Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting customer relationships.


* Oversee daily service operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.


* Perform oil changes, fluid services, and vehicle inspections.


* Inspect under-hood components and recommend maintenance services when appropriate.


* Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.


* Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and daily operational tasks.


* Communicate clearly with customers and team members to ensure a positive service experience.


* Support hiring, onboarding, and team development efforts.

What We're Looking For


* Previous automotive service experience preferred.


* Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.


* Strong customer service and communication skills.


* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.


* Mechanical aptitude and willingness to work hands-on alongside the team.


* Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.


* Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
