As a Product Manager in ChaseNet you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle.

As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value.

Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences.

With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

You will focus in partnering across Consumer and Community Banking, Merchant Services, Technology, and key control functions to strengthen the ChaseNet value proposition through targeted, data-driven enhancements that improve authorization performance, reduce fraud and dispute friction, and create differentiated merchant value.

ChaseNet is a customized, end-to-end closed-loop payment processing platform designed to simplify payment acceptance for Chase-issued Visa credit, signature debit, and PIN debit cards.

Through a partnership with Visa, ChaseNet leverages Visa's infrastructure for processing Chase-issued Visa credit and signature debit transactions while enabling differentiated capabilities and performance improvements for merchants and customers.

Job responsibilities



* Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers


* Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap


* Owns and maintains a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition


* Build the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability


* Drive the ChaseNet product roadmap and execution plan, aligning strategic priorities to sequenced technology releases and measurable business outcomes.


* Partner with Consumer and Community Banking and Payments stakeholders to leverage issuer and processing data to design and deliver enhancements to the ChaseNet value proposition, including reducing friction and costs.


* Lead discovery and ideation to define product features, articulate the customer and operational problem statements, and translate concepts into clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery milestones.
