Home Lending Product & Transformation - Junior Business Manager (1904721)

JPMorganChase is seeking a high-potential, action-oriented Junior Business Manager to support our Product Development organization in Home Lending.

In this high-visibility role, you will partner closely with the Product & Transformation Chief of Staff to keep the organization operating with clarity, discipline, and momentum while helping advance key transformation priorities.

As a Junior Business Manager in Home Lending Product & Transformation, you will run an exceptional executive operating rhythm-calendar, meeting preparation, follow-ups, and communications-while also building core business management and junior Chief of Staff capabilities through initiative support, operational cadence, and narrative development.

You will take on the challenge of synchronizing efforts across diverse products and interpreting operations data for growth opportunities.

Job responsibilities


* Own the Head of Product calendar with strong judgment on prioritization, sequencing, and trade-offs; anticipate conflicts and proactively propose solutions.


* Drive meeting excellence: build agendas, ensure pre-reads are ready, capture decisions and actions, and run follow-ups to closure.


* Connect dots across products, operations, and strategy; support the Chief of Staff and Head of Product to anticipate what's next and shift priorities before others even notice the wind change.
