Business Support Management - Admin Manager - Associate

As an Administrative Assistant Manager in Business Support Management (BSM), you will lead a team of Administrative Assistants supporting Digital & Platform Services (D&PS) and D&PS Technology.

You'll foster a culture of productivity, compliance, and professional growth, partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to enable seamless business operations.

Job Responsibilities


* Lead daily operations for a team of Administrative Assistants across multiple locations


* Ensure consistent coverage and high-quality service for supported leaders and sites


* Motivate, coach, and develop team members to build future leaders


* Maintain a strong control and compliance environment; identify and mitigate operational risks


* Build and sustain relationships with senior stakeholders and key partners


* Manage partnerships across Digital & Platform Services and the Commercial & Investment Bank


* Provide strategic direction to improve productivity and business leverage


* Build alignment and consensus on key initiatives and process improvements


* Advocate for administrative staff needs and enable effective ways of working


* Lead performance management, including feedback, development planning, and evaluations


* Participate in compensation planning and talent processes

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills


* Minimum 3 years of relevant administrative, operations, or people management experience


* Strong written and verbal communication skills


* Proven ability to solve problems independently and exercise sound judgment


* Customer service mindset with experience supporting senior stakeholders


* Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to listen, influence, and drive outcomes


* Highly organized self-starter with consistent follow-through and delivery against deadlines


* Effective collaborator with remote management

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills


* Experience in Human Resources or leading/influencing teams


* Experience in Investment Banking or Financial Services environment
