Position Summary

As a Dietary Aide, you will support the dietary team in preparing and serving meals while maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment.

Your work plays a key role in ensuring residents receive quality nutrition and a positive dining experience.
Key Responsibilities


* Assist with meal preparation and tray setup


* Serve meals according to dietary needs and restrictions


* Clear trays and assist with dishwashing and cleanup


* Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas


* Follow food safety and infection control procedures


* Support the dietary team with daily operations

Qualifications


* Must be at least 18 years old


* Dietary or food service experience in a healthcare setting preferred


* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


* Strong teamwork and communication skills


* Compassion for an underserved population
