Our broad service offering includes construction materials testing, geotechnical services, environmental engineering, industrial hygiene, and specialty testing.

The Dispatcher / Administrative Assistant is responsible for dispatching field technicians to projects daily as well as additional administrative tasks, typing daily reports.

What you'll do:


* Work directly with subcontractors to coordinate project needs


* Track field and lab supplies inventory and place orders


* Answer and direct client calls to appropriate staff


* Assist with Company Fleet Vehicle maintenance scheduling and inventory


* Create various documents, spreadsheets, etc.

utilizing Microsoft Office software


* Prepare invoices, follow up with clients and conduct accounts receivable


* Perform various general office duties, including faxing, copying, mailing, filing, etc.


* Research a wide variety of information requests


* May assist with developing, updating, and/or reviewing local operating procedures and/or work instructions

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:


* High School Diploma or GED equivalent


* Two years of administrative experience is required


* Experience is Microsoft Word and Excel


* Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish - verbally and written


* Ability to type quickly and accurately


* Ability to plan, organize, and complete a variety of projects within established standards, objectives, and time frames

Preferred Requirements & Qualifications:


* Administrative / Dispatching experience in the Construction Materials Testing industry is preferred
