What We're Looking For
2+ years of related experience
1+ year of experience handling complex and/or commercial claim valuations
1+ year of Team Lead or leadership experience
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills


* High School Diploma/GED


* 2 years' experience in valuating contents claims


* 1 year experience in valuating complex and/or commercial claims


* Previous experience in administrative roles and/or retail roles


* Strong Computer Skills (MS Office/Excel, Google Drive, etc)


* Excellent communication skills


* Excellent knowledge of exclaim


* Highly organized and able to multi-task


* Able to work independently


* Exceptional time management skills


* Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and new technology


* Willingness to learn and continuously improve


* Prior administrative experience would be considered an asset


* Bilingual - English & Spanish would be considered an asset

* Provide administrative support to the Supervisor as needed.


* Assist the Supervisor and assign claims to Field Support Representatives as needed.


* Complete QA reviews on all trainee claims.


* Provide support to the Field Support team, answering questions and offering guidance on processing and pricing.


* Work with Claims Supervisor and Field Support Employees to increase accuracy and efficiencies within the department.


* Assist in group and/or remote training sessions as needed.


* Assist with additional pricing on trainee claims.


* Process field claims (data entry/pricing), as required
