Communication & Training Specialist – German Speaker

Your IMPACT:

In this role, you will design and deliver communication initiatives and training programs supporting international teams.

You will work closely with stakeholders and employees, using German on a daily basis, to create clear, engaging content and learning experiences.

The position combines communication (approx.

60%) and training (approx.

40%), with exposure to transformation and change initiatives across the organization.

What you will do


* Execute communication and training activities aligned with the Invoice Management Transformation Program, supporting its rollout across the European region


* Plan and deliver training campaigns for different target audiences, ensuring timely execution in collaboration with Country Rollout Leaders and Project Managers


* Design and facilitate engaging training sessions (online and/or in-person), including onboarding, tool training, and process workshops


* Create and maintain training and communication content (e.g.

presentations, guides, toolkits, messages), ensuring consistency and clarity


* Translate technical aspects into simple, easy-to-understand messaging to ensure effective knowledge transfer to employees


* Collaborate closely with Change Management and Training Coordinators to continuously improve training design and delivery


* Support the implementation of new tools and processes through structured communication plans and aligned training activities


* Ensure training effectiveness by incorporating knowledge checks, evaluations, and feedback, and using insights to improve future content


* Use digital tools and platforms to deliver communication and training, ensuring alignment with global standards and approaches


* Work cross-functionally with global and regional stakeholders to ensure consistency, alignment, and quality of deliverables

What we are looking for


* Professional proficiency in German (used daily for communication and training delivery)


* Good command of English


* Experience in communication, training, learning & development, HR, or similar roles, ideally in a finance, procurement or related business environment
