EPC Business Development Manager
The Power Systems business in the U.S.
is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead our sales strategy with EPC's.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible to grow our business with EPC accounts, with a primary focus on Medium Voltage and Low Voltage electrical equipment.
You will manage all aspects of engaging with existing and new EPC accounts across multiple locations and segments.
You are a self-starter who can work in a rapidly changing environment, embrace ambiguity, and demonstrate problem-solving leadership while holding others accountable.

What will you do?
* Develop new relationships with EPC accounts across multiple segments/locations
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and increase revenue
* Engage with EPC engineering, procurement & execution teams to develop relationships, understand their business and formulate business solutions to create value
* Implement sales, marketing tactics and programs to exceed assigned segment objectives, growing in sales revenue and pipeline and providing strategic insights to drive innovation and competitive positioning
* Develop and execute account business plans to achieve annual sales and business objectives, providing accurate and timely reports/forecasts
* Collaborate with the Strategic accounts team and National Salesforce as part of projects pursuits

What qualifications will make you successful?
* 10+ years' experience working with EPCs
* Solid understanding of Medium and Low Voltage electrical equipment, packaged solutions.
(Switchgear, Motor Control Centers, E-Houses etc.
* Understanding of EPC procurement process and contract types
* Proven experience in working through large & complex sales pursuits with EPCs, End-users and other key stakeholders
* Existing relationships with large and/or medium size EPCs across multiple segments (Power & Grid, Semiconductors, ...
