Job Description:

We are currently looking to add Assemblers to our team!

Responsibilities: 


* Start and prepare the production line at the beginning of each shift 


* Control and maintain proper line speed to support production goals while ensuring quality and safety standards are met 


* Assemble products using staple guns, hot melt, and other production tools 


* Monitor product flow and make adjustments to maintain efficiency and prevent line delays 


* Follow Standard Operating Sheet (SOS) and quality standards during assembly 


* Inspect all tools to make sure they are in good working condition before start of shift and after each break.  


* Identify and report damaged materials, product defects, or equipment concerns 


* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area 


* Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to support production flow 


* Follow all company safety policies and procedures 

Qualifications:


* Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity 


* Previous experience using staple guns and hot melt equipment preferred 


* Manufacturing or assembly line production experience preferred 


* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment 


* Strong attention to detail and quality standards 


* Ability to follow detailed work instructions 

Physical Requirements: 


* Ability to stand for extended periods of time 


* Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50lbs. 


* Ability to perform repetitive movements including bending, reaching, and grasping 


* Ability to work in a production environment with noise and temperature variations
