Job Description:

The Clamper is responsible for safely and efficiently operating clamping equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This position requires flexibility to rotate through all clamp positions, the ability to pack cabinets while maintaining production schedules, and a strong focus on productivity, quality, and safety.

Selected candidates may be evaluated for multiple production-related roles based on business needs. 

YOUR ROLE:

* Safely operate clamp equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines. 



* Rotate through all clamp positions at each assigned break to support workflow continuity and ergonomic balance. 



* Pack cabinets accurately and efficiently while keeping pace with the production schedule. 



* Maintain a productive work rate while consistently meeting quality standards. 



* Read measurements, work orders, production schedules, and perform basic calculations as required. 



* Use handheld tools, including but not limited to handheld pallet jacks, pneumatic staple guns, industrial hot glue guns, and power drills. 



* Inspect products for quality and report defects, damage, or equipment issues promptly. 



* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. 



* Perform all other duties as assigned to support operational and business needs. 



* Learn and grow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment while demonstrating a proactive attitude toward mastering new processes and enhancing efficiency.
