Job Description:
The Machine Operator is responsible for safely setting up, operating, and monitoring production machinery in a manufacturing environment while meeting production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.
This position requires flexibility to operate different machines and perform other production-related duties based on business needs.

* Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
* Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines as required.
* Monitor machine operation to ensure proper performance, quality output, and adherence to production schedules.
* Make basic machine adjustments and notify supervision or maintenance of equipment malfunctions or concerns.
* Inspect finished products and materials to ensure quality standards are met.
* Read measurements, work orders, production schedules, and perform basic calculations as required.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
* Perform other duties as assigned to support operational and business needs.
* Learn and grow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment while demonstrating a proactive attitude toward mastering new processes and enhancing efficiency.

Qualifications
* The ability to read measurements, work, or calculate numbers.
* The ability to use handheld tools, including but not limited to handheld pallet jacks, pneumatic staple guns, industrial hot glue guns, and power drills.
