Job Description:

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:


* Working knowledge of MasterBrand operating companies.


* Excellent Excel skills. 


* Excellent Lotus Notes Skills.


* Strong ERP/System integration experience.


* Possess good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.


* Possess excellent customer service skills.


* Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.


* Proven experience crossing functional boundaries.


* Possess basic geographical knowledge of United States and Canada.

Description of Duties:



* Support development and preparation of logistics metrics to monitor performance.


* Handle daily delivery functions for builder channel, retail, and home delivery operations.


* Maintain a high level of effective communication between internal and external customers.


* Schedule Orders for Daily Build


* Prints Bill of Ladings


* Manages Carrier Availability


* Late shipments to Customers


* Prints and Manages all Finished Good Labels for the plant.
