Job Description:

The General Manager will provide full strategic and operational leadership for MasterBrand’s made to order manufacturing operations under the Kitchen Craft brand.

Reporting to the Vice President of Semi-Custom Operations, this role has full ownership of the Winnipeg manufacturing facility, including responsibility for business strategy, operational execution, and performance outcomes.

Operating within a highly advanced and complex manufacturing environment, the General Manager will lead a workforce of more than 1,000 employees, driving operational excellence while supporting continued investment in technology, automation, and innovative manufacturing processes.

This leader will balance day to day operational rigor with long term strategic planning to ensure sustainable growth, improved efficiency, and best in class product quality and customer experience.

Responsibilities


* Provide overall leadership and accountability for the performance, strategy, and operations of the manufacturing facility.


* Own and deliver business results, including full P&L accountability, volume, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.


* Develop and execute short and long term strategic plans aligned with MasterBrand’s growth objectives and operational priorities.


* Lead day to day manufacturing operations across a complex, multi SKU, highly customized production environment.


* Drive a culture of safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across all functions.


* Analyze operational performance, identify gaps, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and throughput.


* Lead the implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies, including RFID and other automation initiatives.


* Partner with cross functional leaders to align manufacturing capabilities with market demand and customer expectations.


* Lead, coach, and develop leadership talent while driving succession planning and organizational capability building.


* Foster a high performance, people focused culture centered on accountability, engagement, and development.

Qualifications


* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.


* Proven track record of improving efficiency, driving continuous improvement, and delivering measurable performance outcomes.
