* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

Preferred Qualifications


* Hands-on experience manipulating and applying advanced statistical analysis methods to real-world data


* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or Mathematics from an accredited institution


* Prior experience with Howmet, Arconic, or comparable aerospace tier-one manufacturing systems strongly preferred


* Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing


* Minimum of 2 years of experience with practical application of analytic statistical tools


* In depth knowledge of statistical software packages


* Proven success manipulating and applying advanced statistical analysis methods to real-world data


* Self-starter, strong interpersonal skills and ability to function and drive to excel within a team environment


* Strong written and oral communication skills, project planning ability, and ability to effectively use MS Office applications


* Candidates must demonstrate hands-on Power BI development experience, not familiarity alone


* Demonstrated experience with MES or ERP-type shop floor systems (OHCMS, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)


* Ability to serve as a system backup and cross-train others on data platforms and lot traceability tools
