Export-Controlled Data: This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon and applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such itemsWe are seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to support maintenance operations by coordinating schedules, managing work orders, tracking parts and repairs, and maintaining accurate records within our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Responsibilities


* Manage and update work orders in the CMMS.


* Coordinate preventive maintenance (PM) schedules.


* Create purchase requisitions and follow up on purchase orders.


* Track parts orders and assist with spare parts inventory management.


* Coordinate maintenance projects and repair schedules.


* Arrange shipment and return of motors and equipment sent out for repair.


* Scan and maintain maintenance manuals and records in the CMMS.


* Document maintenance activities and equipment history.


* Record keeping.
