* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


* Minimum of three years' proven work experience as an HR Specialist or in a relevant role responsible for customer or employee relations.


* Must be willing to work across multiple shifts as needed.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
