* Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience or combination bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.


* Supervisory experience to be in manufacturing.


* Experience with the manufacturing of precision machined metal components


* Experience in a machine shop


* Experience with TPS/ Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing principles and programs


* Experience in the aerospace industry

* Needs a high degree of concentration in a busy office environment.


* Need to be able to wear safety steel toe shoes and walk around at shop floor environment as needed.


* Do not wear loose clothing (e.g.

skirts , scarfs, etc) in the shop production area.
