Position Summary

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services that improve residents' mobility, strength, and overall function.
Key Responsibilities


* Provide direct patient care according to individualized treatment plans


* Assist residents with exercises to improve strength, balance, and mobility


* Monitor patient progress and report updates to the Physical Therapist


* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members


* Ensure a safe and supportive therapy environment

Qualifications


* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program


* Active, unencumbered PTA license in South Carolina (required)


* Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred


* Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Commitment to patient-centered care
