🌟 What You'll Do

📝 Coordinate and complete MDS assessments accurately and timely

🤝 Collaborate with nursing, therapy, dietary, and social services teams

📊 Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory requirements

📅 Monitor assessment schedules and care planning processes

📈 Assist in maximizing reimbursement while maintaining quality resident care

🔍 Review clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness

💙 Advocate for residents by ensuring assessments reflect their care needs

🎯 Qualifications

✔ Current, active LPN license in SC

✔ Previous MDS experience required

✔ Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and reimbursement processes

✔ Knowledge of RAI guidelines and care planning

✔ Excellent organizational and communication skills

✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✔ Long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred
