As a Product Manager in Global Private Banking (GPB) Chief Data Office (CDO), you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle.
As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value.
Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences.
With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Define Global Private Banking (GPB) requirements, provide design feedback, and validate delivered capabilities across data catalog, lineage, and data marketplace experiences.
Ensure GPB needs are translated into actionable, testable requirements and are satisfied through structured design partnership, UAT coordination, and rigorous validation.
Job Responsibilities
* Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
* Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
* Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
* Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
* Define and maintain Global Private Banking (GPB) requirements for centralized metadata, including cataloging, business glossary, technical metadata, data domains, and semantic layer alignment.
* Define Global Private Banking (GPB) lineage requirements, including automated harvesting, transparency, and trust signals that support producer and consumer workflows.
* Define data marketplace requirements that enable discovery-to-access journeys for Global Private Banking (GPB) personas, including measurable outcomes that improve self-service and usability.
* Partner with Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) and firm-wide product and engineering teams to review designs, provide actionable feedback, and ensure solutions satisfy validated GPB requirements.
* Create clear, testable requirements and acceptance criteria, and coordinate business-facing user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate delivered outcomes.
Represent Global Private Banking (GPB) needs in cross-functional governance and alignment forums, influencing decisions and priorities.
