As Delivery Leader (f/m/d), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the execution of Industrial Automation (GDO) projects and services across the DACH region.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team of Project Managers, Project Engineers, Service Engineers, and Delivery Support Specialists-ensuring exceptional delivery performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

In this highly influential position, you will act as the strategic bridge between IA GDO, Country Operations and global functions, championing business transformation, driving competitiveness, elevating customer experience and equipping our delivery organisation with the capabilities and behaviours needed for the future.

Operational Excellence & Transformation


* Drive simplification of operating models to improve effectiveness, collaboration, and continuous improvement, while leading transformation initiatives aligned with the GDO vision, competitiveness strategy, and value proposition


* Ensure consistent adoption of best-practice methodologies, processes, and tools across delivery teams

People & Talent Development


* Build and lead high-performing, future-ready teams through coaching, development, recognition, and a culture of curiosity, trust, and collaboration in a complex matrix environment

Commercial & Financial Leadership


* Strengthen commercial capabilities across teams by driving robust commercial management, higher utilisation, and improved win ratios


* Partner closely with Tendering, Sales, Country Operations, and Sales Operations to deliver strong commercial offers and support sustainable portfolio growth

Project Resourcing & Collaboration


* Coordinate with global and regional teams to optimise utilisation of Engineering Execution Centers (EECs) in India, Slovakia, and Mexico
