The Opportunity

Our Services team partners with Customers across a wide range of industries, supporting critical operations and helping them run safer, more efficiently and enhancing reliability through our leading technical products and solutions.

We work closely with Customers through service agreements, modernisation programs and smart solutions that make a real difference.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities and being part of a team that genuinely wins together.

There's a strong focus on winning new business, but this isn't about cold-calling from scratch.

You'll be backed by Schneider Electric's extensive install base and customer insights, helping you target the right accounts to ensure that you are connected with our Customers to engage in meaningful conversations from day one.

What You'll Be Doing



* Building and converting a strong pipeline of new business opportunities


* Growing and developing key Customer relationships


* Leveraging install base data and customer insights to target high-value opportunities


* Collaborating across internal teams to deliver the best solutions for Customers


* Making an Impact through the development and execution of a practical and achievable sales plan


* Working with tendering and technical teams on proposals and solutions


* Managing forecasts, pipeline and activity through our CRM and other digital tools


* Staying close to your market with regular travel across your patch across the Queensland region
