The Regional Segment Lead for Power Generation is responsible for developing Schneider Electric's market share in the Nordics & Baltics, across centralized and distributed power generation with a strong focus on Renewable Energy.
The role drives growth through leadership, deep market and customer understanding, and a strong command of Schneider Electric's value propositions.
The position leads to regional strategy definition, opportunity identification, and the pursuit of major power generation projects across the Nordic & Baltic zone, including close engagement with developers, EPCs, OEMs, utilities, and panel builders.
What you will be doing
* Define and execute the Nordic & Baltic regional segment strategy for Power Generation, including centralized and distributed generation.
* Grow Schneider Electric's market share in Wind, Solar, and Renewable Energy across the region
* Identify, qualify, platform key strategic opportunities and large-scale projects
* Actively support and pursue major renewable energy investments, including onshore/offshore wind, solar, hybrid plants, storage integration, and grid interface solutions.
* Develop and manage strategic end-user accounts, building deep, long-term customer relationships
* Directly manage selected key Wind and Solar developer accounts, independently or jointly with country sales teams
* Propose and support investments in additional Strategic Account Managers where required to accelerate growth
* Promote and sell the full Schneider Electric portfolio, including Products, Systems, Software, and Services for Power Generation
* Prescribe and position hardware and digital software solutions across MV, LV, automation, protection, monitoring, and energy management
* Leverage consultative sales to position Schneider Electric as a trusted partner solving complex technical and operational challenges
* Bring market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence into regional and global segment forums

* Extensive, demonstrable experience within Power Generation and Renewables, including centralized and distributed generation
* Proven track record in strategic account development, complex deal management, and closing large multi-stakeholder projects
