Responsibilities



* Supervise machining, fabrication and repair of components in Industrial and Marine applications


* Work effectively with co-workers, manage 10+ employees Finish


* Communicate directly with customers


* Interface directly with suppliers to obtain technical information


* Work closely with Purchasing and Customer Service


* Ability to plan, organize, and execute projects


* Effectively work as a Team Leader


* Able to generate quotes for Minor/Major Projects


* CAD/CAM, simulation software, and proficient with data analysis tool


* Perform activities within department budget and schedule requirements


* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications



* 5 - 7+ years of experience


* Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


* Must have good writing skills
