What are we looking for?

The Project Engineer is responsible for for all aspects of code compliance evaluations and supporting clients through all stages of product development, testing, and certification.

The Project Engineer manages assigned projects from product sampling and witness manufacturing through creating final certification documentation within client budgeted timelines.

This position will travel at least 25% of the time.

Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM

What you'll do:


* Develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of building codes and related product standards by research and review.

This includes witnessing of testing at the laboratory to see the product standards in action.


* Assume responsibility for project tasks and establish client commitments with follow-through


* Review and thoroughly understand contract requirements and document any deviations.


* Communicate directly with clients on status of tasks, required information, and completion dates.


* Communicate and coordinate with the testing laboratory on a regular basis to ensure smooth client transitions between tasks.
