We are looking for a Digital Support Intern located at our Polanco Hub located in Mexico City.

What You'll Be Doing:


* Support to Payroll and Human Resources platforms


* Work in programming and automation improvements


* Follow-up with interface changes


* Support daily operations and service-related tasks


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital platform support

This Role Might Be a Great Fit If You:


* Are an active student from: Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Administration or related graduating in June 2027 or a later date.


* Have an Intermediate English level


* Have basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel


* Have strong organizational skills and ability to manage administrative tasks


* Have previous experience working in customer service (desirable)


* Have previous experience working from home (desirable)



*Graduation Date: June 2027 or later
