MRP Planner
Join our dynamic team as a MRP Planner and be at the heart of optimizing our supply chain operations! We're looking for a detail-oriented individual who can masterfully balance resources and demand while ensuring seamless material flow throughout our manufacturing processes.
What will you do:
* Drive material replenishment strategies for raw materials, components, and finished goods using advanced MRP systems
* Execute Distribution Requirement Planning processes while optimizing inventory levels to meet service objectives
* Manage purchase order portfolios and analyze stock discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records
* Collaborate closely with Planning Leaders and Supply Chain partners to ensure synchronized operations
* Define and maintain stock parameters to achieve optimal service levels while minimizing inventory costs
What will make you successful:
* Demonstrated expertise in Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) systems and inventory management
* Strong analytical capabilities with proven success in resource optimization and demand planning
* Track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams including purchasing, warehouse, and production
* Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to analyze and resolve stock discrepancies
* Strong negotiation skills for managing supplier relationships and delivery schedules

What qualifications will make you successful?
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, not required.
Equivalent experience and skills can be substituted for education
• 2+ years of direct experience in purchasing, upstream planning and inventory management
• Business understanding of supply chain, value streams, reporting and forecasts
• Strong leadership and change management skills
• Strong influence and convincing skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Previous experience on ERP system such as SAP
