What will you do:


* Lead and supervise a dedicated team of warehouse operators, ensuring safety protocols, ergonomic practices, and 5S standards are consistently maintained


* Conduct and manage sector SIM1 meetings, perform basic troubleshooting, and handle simple maintenance tasks as needed


* Train and certify operators while maintaining versatility matrices and contributing to operational documentation updates


* Coordinate operator movements across positions and sectors based on changing demands and priorities


* Perform hands-on warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order preparation, and shipping activities

* Strong operational knowledge of warehouse processes and multiple operation skills


* Demonstrated ability to lead teams and maintain safety standards


* Technical or vocational education background in relevant field
