McClure Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a full-time basis for the AM shift.

The RN plays a critical role in delivering high-quality nursing care, coordinating resident services, and ensuring the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities


* Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans


* Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and responses to treatment


* Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and accurately


* Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary team members


* Supervise and support LVNs and CNAs to ensure quality resident care


* Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and emergency situations


* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation


* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations and policies


* Participate in care planning meetings and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications


* Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) license


* Current CPR/BLS certification


* Previous experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred


* Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills


* Excellent communication and leadership abilities


* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
