* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university


* Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience, with exposure to employee relations


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

* This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Prefer the bachelor's degree is in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field required


* 5 years of Human Resources experience


* HR Certification (SHRM-CP, PHR)


* Experience in an engineering, production and/or manufacturing environment supporting an exempt and hourly workforce


* Familiarity with human resources information systems and applications and demonstrated proficiency in computer software programs


* Knowledge of California employment laws


* HR experience at a large global corporation that includes partnering with an HR Shared Services function


* Proficient with Microsoft Office suite with emphasis on Excel


* Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems


* Familiarity with human resources information systems and applications and demonstrated proficiency in computer software programs
