We're seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our therapy team and make a lasting impact on our patients every day.

What You'll Do


* Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans


* Help patients improve strength, mobility, coordination, and daily living skills


* Recommend adaptive equipment and strategies that support independence


* Collaborate with physical therapists, speech therapists, nursing staff, and physicians


* Educate patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation

What We're Looking For


* Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Washington


* Strong interpersonal and communication skills


* Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care


* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team


* Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience is a plus, but not required
