We're looking for a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and help patients achieve their goals while building genuine connections along the way.

What You'll Do


* Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders


* Develop individualized treatment plans that support patient recovery and quality of life


* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of therapists, nurses, physicians, and caregivers


* Educate patients and families on treatment strategies and progress


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation


* Create a positive, engaging therapy experience that helps patients stay motivated throughout their recovery

What We're Looking For


* Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in the State of Idaho


* Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred


* Strong clinical judgment and communication skills


* Passion for patient-centered care


* Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience is a plus, but not required
