SNAP Enrollment and Eligibility Supervisor
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise High Speed Data Entry (HSDE) Administrators, providing constructive feedback and guidance to achieve and surpass individual performance objectives.
- Conduct regular monthly, annual, and ad-hoc performance reviews for the team.
- Stay updated on all data entry programs, systems, performance requirements, and Corporate/Project policies and procedures.
- Aid HSDE Administrators in data entry completion and manage escalated tasks effectively.
- Assist in conducting HSDE training sessions, ensuring team competence.
- Meet Quality Assurance (QA) and key performance metrics standards.
- Assess training needs, collaborate with Quality Assurance and Training departments to implement effective training initiatives.
- Report personnel-related issues to Human Resources and escalate anticipated problems proactively.
- Review and provide feedback on HSDE documentation and processes, ensuring compliance with established safety standards.
- Fulfill other assigned duties by Management.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze operational metrics and drive performance improvements.
- Familiarity with additional public assistance programs such as Medicaid or LTSS preferred.
- Experience working for a state agency, county agency, or government contractor supporting SNAP programs preferred.
Home Office Requirements
- Internet speed of 25mbps or higher required (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net).
- Connectivity to the internet via either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router.
- Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US.
