About You
In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.
In this role, you will serve as the finance key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on the Corporation’s real estate portfolio across EMEA and APAC.
You will work in a highly cross‑functional environment, partnering with Business Unit leaders and teams to support strategic decision‑making and transaction execution.

In this role you will:
· Provide financial and strategic analysis to support real estate decisions and transaction execution across the Corporation’s property portfolio in EMEA and APAC
· Act as a responsive point of contact for internal and external real estate stakeholders across the regions
· Develop, review, and interpret discounted cash flow (DCF) models to evaluate transaction structures, investment cases, and expected cash flows
· Ensure consistent application of established corporate financial controls, governance standards, and reporting requirements
· Communicate clearly and proactively with leaders, colleagues, and stakeholders while delivering a high standard of internal customer service
· Support capital expenditure planning, forecasting, and business case evaluation for real estate investments
· Contribute to special projects including benchmarking, data analysis, and the development of systems, processes, and best practices that enhance Global Real Estate Transaction Management services
Required Qualifications:
· 5+ years of experience in corporate real estate, ideally across office, manufacturing, and warehousing/logistics environments
· Strong project evaluation skills, including translating transaction structures into expected cash flows and assessing financial reporting impacts
· Experience in capital expenditure and investment analysis, including forecasting and business case evaluation
