Position Summary

As a PRN Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide high-quality nursing care on an as-needed basis.

You will support the care team in maintaining a safe, efficient, and compassionate environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities


* Provide and oversee direct patient care


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed


* Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and care team


* Support and supervise LPNs and CNAs


* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation


* Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations


* Promote a safe, clean, and resident-centered environment

Qualifications


* Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required)


* Current CPR certification required


* Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing


* Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred


* Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills


* Compassion for an underserved population
