Planner Buyer Intern
What will you do?
* Supporting material planning and replenishment activities through data analysis from MRP and ERP systems.
* Monitoring and analyzing inventory levels, shortages, and excess stock, helping identify risks and improvement opportunities.
* Assisting in the creation, automation, and maintenance of Excel-based reports and dashboards to track material flow KPIs.
* Supporting purchase order follow-up and data accuracy, helping ensure system information aligns with operational reality.
* Participating in continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives, including automation of repetitive tasks.
* Collaborating with planning, warehouse, production, and supply chain teams to support daily execution and material availability.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
* A strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
* Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis); knowledge of macros, Power Query, or process automation is a strong plus.
* Interest in manufacturing, material flow, and supply chain operations.
* Curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to learn how planning concepts translate into shopfloor execution.
* Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic, operational environment.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

+ Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, International Business, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
+ Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
+ Ability to work on multiple projects, manage priorities effectively, and collaborate with diverse teams.
+ Motivation to learn, analyze data, and improve processes.
