Channel Sales Leader - Digital Energy

Lead, scale, and transform a high-performing partner ecosystem across Australia and New Zealand.

Join Schneider Electric's Digital Energy business and take ownership of a critical leadership role driving channel growth, partner performance, and transactional sales across the Pacific Zone.

This is a high-impact position where you'll influence strategy, execution, and market expansion across both Digital Buildings and Digital Power.

The Opportunity

This role sits at the centre of Schneider Electric's growth strategy-leading the development and performance of a scalable, high-impact partner ecosystem across ANZ.

You'll drive channel expansion, enablement, and commercial outcomes while also owning transactional sales performance across Digital Power and Digital Buildings.

In addition, you will be accountable for establishing strong strategy and operating cadence across New Zealand to drive consistent performance and growth.

With strong executive visibility, this role offers the opportunity to shape go-to-market strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver measurable commercial growth across multiple routes to market.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Strategy & Growth
• Define and execute ANZ channel strategy
• Build and scale partner ecosystems across key segments

Partner Performance & Enablement
• Lead presales and partner enablement
• Drive pipeline, productivity, and cross-offer growth

Transactional Sales (Digital Power & Digital Buildings)
• Own transactional strategy across Digital Power and Digital Buildings in key industries
• Improve sales efficiency, conversion, and volume

Commercial Leadership
• Own orders, pipeline, and forecast accuracy
• Ensure strong governance and commercial discipline

Marketing & Demand Generation
• Partner with Marketing on campaigns and lead conversion
• Feed market insights into global strategy

New Zealand Oversight
• Own New Zealand channel performance, including strategy, execution, and operating cadence
• Partner with local leadership to drive disciplined growth and consistent market engagement

About You

You're an experienced channel or partner sales leader with a strong track record of building and scaling ecosystems in complex markets.

You bring:

• Proven channel/partner sales leadership experience
• Background in energy, industrial, or building technologies
• Experience across transactional and solution-based sales models
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder leadership
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organisation
