What will be your mission?

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our People Operations team.

As an HR People Operations Intern, you will assist in creating and managing communication published across our various portals.

Your primary responsibilities will include writing, reviewing, and updating knowledge articles to ensure our employees have access to accurate and helpful information.


* Write and edit knowledge articles for HR communication portals


* Review existing articles for accuracy and relevance


* Collaborate with the People Operations on daily tasks and propose governance improvements


* Support the team in various communication initiatives


* Support on-going projects (off-boarding, bulk archiving)

What student are we looking for?



* Language: Fluency in French or Dutch, with good command of English and the other national language


* Education: You are currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources or a related field


* Enthusiastic and Driven: You have a go-getter and proactive attitude


* Excellent Communicator: Your interpersonal skills are top-notch, and you know how to build rapport with others, making you an outstanding relationship builder
