Brookdale Palm Beach Gardens is looking for an Executive Director with previous experience with at least 5-7 years in Assisted Living and Memory Care with a valid FL license.

We are a 80 unit assisted living, 18 unit memory care and 192 unit independent community

The Executive Director will lead the day-to-day operations of the community, interact with staff and residents.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience.

Full-time associates in role are eligible for an annual bonus incentive and sales referral bonuses.

Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.
