As part of this role, you will get an opportunity to work on various layers of the storage stack, including all aspects of operating systems and file systems, distributed systems, high performance protocol stacks, and next-generation virtualization technology.

What you'll achieve

As a Software Senior Principal Engineer, you will collaborate to develop maintenance releases and customer patches for ObjectScale.

You will work with Product Development, Product Owners and Escalations teams to triage critical defect fixes found in the field or in system testing in mainline releases for backporting to the previous versions that are in market.

Provide fixes defects found during the testing of
maintenance releases and customer patches.

You will also have the opportunity to drive continual process improvements for the evolution of maintenance release lifecycle.
