* Location: Vasona Creek Healthcare Center, Los Gatos, CA


* Schedule: Full-Time


* Salary: $103,000 - $105,000 / year

Key Responsibilities



* Training: Plan, develop, and direct all in-service educational programs for clinical staff.


* Compliance: Ensure all training programs meet federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.


* Onboarding: Conduct orientation and competency evaluations for new clinical hires.


* Records: Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of employee training and CEU records.

Requirements



* Licensure: Active, unencumbered California LVN license.


* Certification: Valid California DSD certification required.


* Experience: Previous experience as a DSD in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility is strictly required.
