ABOUT THE ROLE
The Production Supervisor is responsible for supporting the daily production & manufacturing operations in the facility and for ensuring the highest quality of all finished goods.

They will also manage the hourly production team for their assigned shift and work with the rest of the facility leadership team on continuous improvement activities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO


* Partner with the facility leadership team in building and maintaining a strong safety culture with the intent of reaching a zero incidents state. 


* Adapt and promote lean manufacturing principles. 


* Active participant in the Elimination of Waste program. 


* Support the Company’s Goals and Objectives, including reporting monthly progress.  


* Keep production areas in ideal state to meet and or exceed 5S standards. 


* Assign work responsibilities to employees.
