Phillips Medisize, a Molex company is seeking a highly strategic and commercially minded Finance Business Partner to serve as the dedicated financial lead supporting a key Medical All-In account out of our Hudson, WI location.

This role will partner closely with Business Development, Account Management, Operations, FP&A, and Cost Development teams to drive profitable growth, influence commercial strategy, and support executive decision-making across a complex customer relationship.

The ideal candidate will combine strong financial acumen with business partnership capabilities, helping translate customer strategy, operational dynamics, pricing decisions, and investment opportunities into actionable financial insights and long-term value creation.

This role will act as a trusted advisor to commercial leadership and play a critical role in forecasting, customer negotiations, profitability optimization, and strategic growth initiatives.

What You Will Do



* Lead commercial financial forecasting and revenue planning, including analysis of volume, pricing, mix, and margin impacts to support short- and long-term growth objectives.


* Translate customer demand signals, sales pipeline activity, and operational constraints into actionable financial insights and forward-looking scenarios.


* Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Pricing to identify forecast risks, opportunities, and assumptions impacting performance.


* Drive continuous improvement in forecasting processes, tools, dashboards, and reporting to increase visibility, accuracy, and decision speed.


* Support pricing strategy and customer negotiations by providing profitability analysis, investment evaluation, and return-on-capital modeling.


* Analyze customer and product profitability drivers, including pricing, cost structure, mix, operational performance, and inflationary impacts.


* Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic commercial decisions, customer growth opportunities, and margin optimization.
