Monday - Friday with hours between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

No weekends.

No holidays.

No call.

Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Oncology Breast Clinic - Surgery to:


* Deliver compassionate, multidisciplinary, coordinated care for all surgical breast patients through comprehensive and personalized patient-centered care.


* Work in partnership with breast cancer patients and families through prevention, screening, diagnosis, treatment and survivorship.


* Provide patient education and coordinate care for patients who have been diagnosed with breast cancer or other breast conditions.


* Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team that includes genetic counselors, breast surgeons, plastic surgeons, medical oncologist, radiologist, radiation oncologist and advanced practice providers.


* Use targeted assessment skills to assess patients during visits and via telephone triage.

Qualifications



* Graduate of school of nursing Required


* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred

Work Experience



* 6 months of RN experience Required


* Relevant Inpatient RN experience Preferred


* Ambulatory experience Preferred


* Relevant oncology experience Preferred


* Chemotherapy experience Preferred


* Experience with Venous Access Devices (VADs) and IV skills Preferred
