Business Administration Intern

As a Business Administration Intern, you will support core administrative and order management processes that are critical to business operations.

This role offers hands-on experience in coordination, data management, and cross-functional collaboration within a corporate environment.

Please note: This internship requires a full-time commitment for a duration of 8 months.

What will you do?

Your responsibilities will include:


* Managing customer and internal orders from registration through invoicing, including supply coordination and cost allocation


* Processing incoming orders through back-office systems, including receiving activities


* Ensuring all required information is accurately entered and kept up to date in systems


* Coordinating invoicing and supporting related administrative activities


* Supporting the Order Manager and Project Manager with day-to-day operational tasks


* Coordinating and following up with manufacturing plants, affiliates, purchasing teams, and external suppliers regarding delivery dates and shipments


* Collaborating with Accounts Payable and Credit/Collections teams to ensure documentation is complete and accurate


* Performing general administrative duties, such as ordering supplies, booking meeting rooms, and managing maintenance services

* Demonstrate a self-starter mindset and are a quick learner


* Are proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook; Access)
